Private yoga sessions are all about you—your body, your mindset, and your energy in the moment. Each session is a personalized experience, drawing from different healing practices to support you in a holistic way. We begin with intention and curiosity. So, what brings you here? What would you like to explore or gain from these sessions?

These one-on-one sessions are also a great fit for those who are brand new to yoga and want to start in a more comfortable, low-pressure environment. It’s a chance to get to know the practice at your own pace, in a safe and supportive space. Together, we’ll explore what feels good in your body and design a practice—blending movement, breathwork, and meditation—that meets you exactly where you are.

Holistic Healing

Private sessions are blended mind-body-spirit work that includes Yoga Guidance, Ayurveda, and Mindfulness.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • A safe space to explore, realize and release

  • Loving guidance and support

  • Asana / integrated movement

  • Reiki / energy healing

  • Spiritual assessment, sharing and connection

  • Ayurvedic guidance (nutrition and self-care)

  • Whole-Self Work

  • Breath-work / pranayama

  • Meditation

Many of our challenges—and our healing—start in the mind. Our thoughts shape patterns and responses that influence how we feel and act, often without us even realizing it. Over time, this energy shows up in the body—it might feel like too much, too little, scattered, stuck, or simply out of sync. And when that happens, our inner light can feel a bit dimmed.

In private sessions, we gently bring those hidden patterns into awareness. We reconnect mind, body, and spirit in a way that feels grounded and nurturing. Using practices from Yoga, Ayurveda, and Mindfulness, we help clear out stuck or heavy energy and invite in clarity, vitality, and joy—creating space for you to feel more balanced, alive, and whole.

Where & When

Private Sessions are held in my home studio or via zoom.

Sessions are available by appointment

The address of my home studio is given once an appointment is booked. It will be sent with the new client intake form that is to be returned before the first session.

Fee’s & Information

Private Sessions are billed at $80 per hour. Many clients book a 90 minute session as it gives us the opportunity to do specific personal work and Reiki / Energy Healing / Assisted Stretching.

Session Fees:
60 minute session: $80
90 minute session: $125

Our first session normally takes 75 – 90 minutes. I do not accept insurance although some clients use their flex accounts to pay for these sessions.
